Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join its Montréal office. Conduct title searches and prepare draft title opinions and summary reports Conduct searches in various registries, including the Land Register, Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RDPRM), Mining Register (GESTIM), Register of the Domain of the State, Québec Enterprise Registrar and Corporations Canada, and the Commission for the Protection of Agricultural Land Draft documents, including notices of lease, deeds of sale, and discharges (releases) Review title opinions prepared by other law firms Diploma of College Studies (DCS/DEC) in Legal Techniques or a Notarial Law diploma Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a real estate paralegal or title examination specialist Excellent level of bilingualism (English/French) #
