Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, overseeing rigorous pension and benefits initiatives that align with company objectives. Your expertise will shape competitive offerings across jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with international regulations. This role balances communication, project management, and strategic recommendation responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize and improve pension and benefits programs
- Implement multi-jurisdictional employee benefits solutions




- Monitor budgets and identify optimization opportunities
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and committees

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in actuarial science or related field
- 10+ years in benefits management, 3-5 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of global compliance requirements
- Proven team leadership skills and vendor management
- Bilingual: English and French proficiency
