The Senior
Manager, Chief of Staff - Canada Card is a critical position responsible for developing, managing,
and evolving operational excellence within the Office of the President. Reporting to the Head, Office of the President, this role owns the Canada routines and narratives central to Canada Card’s strategy. Partner closely with the Head, Office of the President and the senior leadership team to drive excellence across the organization by solving challenges, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools to improve transparency, consistency, and scalability partnering closely to support specific Senior Leadership Team members and associated strategic executive communication Proactively identify and elevate risks and impacts and make key linkages within our teams and the broader organization 8+ years of work experience in business ownership, communications, change management, delivery, or chief-of-staff functions ~3+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders across different business functions ~2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in Tech, Product, Design, and/or Data 10+ years of work experience in strategy, organizational operations, change management, project / process / program management, or chief-of-staff functions ~5+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders across different business functions ~Experience owning end-to-end communications strategic planning and execution, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, and reports You’ll be empowered to take end-to-end ownership of your work and your career, backed by a high-performance, hybrid culture and holistic suite of perks designed to support your whole self.
