• Process Engineering Oversee processsafety and processoptimization for chemical manufacturing processes Identify and implement improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery performance Support plant operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis,



and implementation of best practices Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, yield, and operational efficiency New Product Introduction (NPI) &

• Project Management Supportthe transition of new products fromdevelopmentinto full-scale manufacturing Oversee multiple engineering and capital projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, scope, and budget Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management Monitor financial performance of projects and manage expenditures against budget Drive continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes Act as a key interface between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, R&D;, and commercial teams Provide technical leadership and strategic input to business unit initiatives Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to solve technical challenges and enhance product performance Strategy &

• Continuous Improvement Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals Drive innovation in manufacturing technologies and methods Support capital planning, equipment investments,
