Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer — Government of Canada, 5-year engagement

Black Iris Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Software Developer for a possible five-year Government of Canada engagement. The successful candidate will deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions in an enterprise environment.

Note: This opportunity forms part of Solicitation No. (phone hidden), open to suppliers holding a Tier 1 Task-Based Informatics Skilled Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement under EN578-170432, for which Black Iris Software Solutions Inc. is qualified. Candidates will be named in the proposal with their written consent.

Required:

- PL-400 or PL-600, currently held
- 10+ years in the last 15 in the Microsoft ecosystem — discovery through design, build, and knowledge transfer
- 5+ years in the last 10 in each of: Planner API,



SharePoint via MS Graph, Teams via MS Graph, Power Automate cloud flows (automation and orchestration), Azure AD/Entra SSO, Teams Canvas Power Apps + PCF, Power BI, Dataverse
- 5+ years in the last 10 with Visual Studio (C#/.NET/Python) and VS Code (JavaScript/TypeScript/Node)
- Two client references — the project lead you worked with directly An asset: Copilot agents, Teams message extensions, adaptive cards, Teams SDK, Teams Developer CLI, Teams Toolkit / 365 Agents Toolkit.

Remote within Canada - Timeline is tight
