I'm personally ranked in the top 75 brokers in Canada, and I'm looking for a senior operator to own the account management function and help lead the team as we grow.
The role:
- Deal management from application through funding
- Client and referral partner communication
- Team leadership responsibilities as we scale
- Remote or hybrid
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years underwriting experience across A, B, and private lending
- Overall management experience is a real asset
Compensation:
Starting at $100,000 with strong upside based on experience and production
