We are seeking a versatile data skilled to support our data platform built on Microsoft Fabric. This new role will contribute to data ingestion, modeling, and reporting efforts using Fabric's data engineering tools and Power BI. This is a foundational role as we implement our first data lake and begin integrating sources such as SQL servers, Oracle databases, FTP folders, APIs, and streaming data.

Design and maintain pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Pipelines, Notebooks) Model data for usability in Power BI datasets and semantic models Monitor and troubleshoot ingestion jobs and data refreshes 3+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse/Power BI + Lakehouse stack)



Proficient in T‑SQL, DAX, and Python (for Notebooks) Experience with dimensional modeling and self‑serve BI enablement Familiarity with Power BI deployment, datasets, and performance tuning Strong problem‑solving skills across data ingestion, transformation, and visualization Exposure to systems such as SQL Server, Oracle databases, FTP folders, and API integrations Understanding of RBAC and workspace management in Microsoft Fabric Previous experience in real estate, property management, or digital marketing analytics
