Join Associated Engineering as a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead! This role is integral to fostering a change-ready culture and guiding employees through significant transformations. You will develop change management strategies that enhance communication and readiness for enterprise-wide changes.

Collaborating closely with Digital Services and People & Culture, you will facilitate the successful adoption of current operating models, technologies, and processes. Your expertise will be crucial in coaching leaders and project teams as they navigate change. Key Responsibilities:

- Craft OCM plans, templates, and playbooks for change initiatives
- Analyze stakeholder impacts and readiness gaps effectively
- Guide project teams and change networks through transitions




- Measure and report on adoption risks and readiness levels
- Coordinate external OCM resources for initiatives as needed

Requirements:

- 7+ years in change management or related fields
- Relevant degree in Organizational Development or similar
- Experience with enterprise change processes and assessments
- Certification in Prosci or equivalent change management training preferred
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communications planning
