About The Role

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization for Intact’s IT Services Portfolio.

The portfolio includes service management, employee technology experience, automation, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Translate business priorities and transformation objectives into portfolio strategies, target outcomes, and investment decisions.

Compensation

- The stated salary range is 118,700 to 145,100.
- The annual bonus target is 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target.
- The salary range is based on a 35-hour workweek and varies by experience, skills, qualifications, contribution, and internal equity.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

- Define and maintain the IT Services Portfolio vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Translate operating model objectives into sequenced product, platform, process, and adoption initiatives.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, experience design, and operations leaders on scalable solution options.
- Drive transformation from discovery through adoption and optimization with measurable benefits.

Governance and Value Realization
- Provide strategic direction to Product Owners and chair the ITS Product Council.
- Own portfolio governance, decision rights, standards, performance reviews, prioritization, and investment recommendations.
- Define KPIs, adoption measures,



and value realization targets and track portfolio performance.
- Develop business cases and executive recommendations for investment decisions.

Stakeholder and People Leadership
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, architects, UX designers, and delivery teams.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and value realization to executive leadership.
- Coach Product Owners and partner with Scrum Masters to improve delivery practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Seven or more years of product management experience, including enterprise transformation or portfolio-level accountability.
- Experience managing enterprise platforms, digital products, or IT service portfolios through adoption and value realization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, Agile, lean product management, and organizational change.
- Experience with business cases, total cost of ownership, investment prioritization, benefits realization, and ROI.
- Strong data literacy and excellent executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience with automation, AI, ServiceNow, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, or enterprise workflow platforms is preferred.
- ITIL 4 certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices is considered an asset.
- For Quebec-based candidates, bilingualism is required for regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
