Opportunity The Chief Data Office is building a centralized Enterprise Client Data Master in partnership with RBC business platforms.

The role acts as a center of gravity for agile delivery squads and contributes to the Enterprise Client Data vision and backlog.

The program supports RBC’s global businesses and broader Enterprise Client Data Strategy.

What You Will Do

- Contribute to the Enterprise Client Data vision and build consensus on a prioritized roadmap aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Build relationships with platform data subject matter experts and end users to create requirements.
- Influence Privacy, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to drive the product forward.
- Communicate progress to leadership, including squad capacity and required capabilities.
- Build a business case explaining the data master’s value and competitive advantage.
- Drive awareness and adoption through targeted stakeholder communication and data-sharing opportunities.
- Explore industry best practices and implement them where appropriate.

Must Have
- At least 7 years of experience in data product management, enterprise data platforms, or business analytics roles.
- Strong storytelling ability to create detailed insights supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Experience creating demand and executive sponsorship for cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption.




- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with agile methodology, product vision, backlogs, release plans, and product performance metrics.

Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management best practices.
- Experience with client data management, governance, and compliance frameworks in data environments.
- Strong understanding of technology or the financial services industry.
- Understanding of regulatory and privacy considerations for client data.
