Job Title: Senior Product Manager Reporting to the Senior Director, Generic Portfolio Management and Marketing, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our product portfolios. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Monitor product performance using pre-established KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership. University degree in science, marketing, or a related field (MBA or MSc is an asset).

Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Experience in a generic pharmaceutical environment is an asset. Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical portfolio management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.).

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism (FR/EN) will be considered an asset.



Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Knowledge of IQVIA data and its various datasets. Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software, and systems. High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
