- The expected base salary range for this position is $100/Hr - $110/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operational workstreams within a large-scale Health &
- Dental Transformation Program.
- This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of operational initiatives, ensuring successful execution of program objectives while maintaining operational excellence, governance, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project management, operational transformation, process improvement, and stakeholder management, with experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Program &
- Operational Delivery
- Lead operational workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Partner with operations, business, technology, and cross-functional teams to drive progress and resolve delivery challenges.
- Serve as the primary source of truth for operational program status, risks, and updates.
Process Optimization &
- Operational Transformation
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support automation initiatives and operational transformation programs.
- Document, standardize, and optimize operational workflows aligned with best practices.
- Support organizational readiness, business adoption, and change management activities.
Risk, Dependency &
- Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and operational risks.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
- Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.
Governance &
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and operational review forums.
- Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships across business, operations, technology, PMO, and architecture teams.
Business &
- Technology Alignment:
- Collaborate with Business PMO, Technology PMO, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Ensure operational processes align with technology capabilities, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Support operating model evolution and large-scale operational growth initiatives.
Financial &
- Resource Management:
- Monitor program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and capacity requirements.
- Track and report financial performance, delivery progress, quality metrics, and program risks.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources across workstreams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream operational programs.
- Strong experience in operational transformation, service delivery, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting automation and business transformation programs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in rapid-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Health, Dental, Insurance, Benefits Administration, or Healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with operating model design, organizational change management, or large-scale operational growth initiatives.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience developing decision-making frameworks.
