Aviva recognizes the importance of being flexible and the benefits of being together, this role will be hybrid – the best of both worlds. Must be able to work rotating shifts during the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, and have flexibility to work some Saturdays only if needed. You will be responsible for claim settlement of predominately complex personal lines claims via telephone with a key focus on quality and customer service.

The successful candidate will work with premiere property vendors to quantify the claim and apply cost saving guidelines in the quantification of loss and expense without compromising the delivery of superior customer service. 2+ Years of property insurance claims experience, handling large losses and/or field tasks ~ Handling first-party property insurance claims are considered an asset, including but limited to building owner/tenant, business income , stock, cargo, builder's risk,
