Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to assist with manual application testing of Maximo and Salesforce using tools including Jira

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton. Hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH. 37.5 hour work week.

Must Haves

- 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Tester with hands-on application testing experience across project delivery initiatives
- Experience using Jira and X-Ray
- Experience performing SIT and End-to-End testing in multi-vendor environments and understanding of environment & integrations impacts during testing activities
- Experience in Maximo or Salesforce will be an added advantage

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Energy and GAS domain projects
- Hands-on experience in Maximo
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce

Responsibilities

- Understand existing solution, integration design, and business processes
- Identify impacted scenarios and support test planning and execution with project teams
- Write detailed test cases and execute them in X-Ray
- Drive troubleshooting calls with project and development partners
- Ensure updates are maintained in Jira and quality gate checks are signed off
- Provide daily status reporting on defects, execution progress, and issue escalation
