• Research Lead discovery activities, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing Map current and future state service journeys and blueprints Translate research insights into explicit design direction and measurable improvements Create IA, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs Contribute to enterprise design systems (components, tokens, patterns)



Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA) across all design outputs Digital Service &

• Product Design Design citizen‑facing, partner‑facing, and internal digital services Align design decisions with business goals, policy requirements, and service outcomes Agile Delivery &

• Design Leadership Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions Support design QA and validate implemented solutions 10+ years in UX, UI, and Service Design within complex enterprise environments 5+ years supporting digital transformation in government, public sector, or regulated industries Experience designing enterprise digital platforms and responsive web apps Proven ability to build and maintain design systems Comfortable working in Agile teams and facilitating workshops Diploma or degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset Hourly rate (negotiated based on experience) #
