Position Overview

Reporting to the Slot Operations Manager, the Senior Slot Cage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Slot Cage and Count Room, ensuring the secure, accurate, and efficient handling of all gaming funds and transactions. This role provides leadership and direction to the Slot Cage Cashiers, Count Room staff, and Slot Cage Supervisors while ensuring compliance with AGLC Casino Terms and Conditions, internal controls, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, and Grey Eagle Resort and Casino company policies.

The Senior Slot Cage Supervisor acts as a key operational leader, maintaining the integrity of all financial transactions while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Education And Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of casino cage, count room, or gaming cash operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of casino cash handling procedures, count room operations, and gaming regulations.
- Knowledge of AML compliance, internal controls, and responsible gaming procedures.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.




- Proficiency with casino management systems, cash handling systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
- Must obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.

Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional guest service in all interactions.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns or transactional disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Assist guests with TITO payouts, and general inquiries related to the Slot Cage transaction.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-volume situations.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Operational Oversight

- Supervise daily operations of the Slot Cage and Count Room to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor and verify all cage transactions, including jackpot payouts, fills, credits, exchanges, and cash handling procedures.
- Oversee count processes for slot drop, bill validation, ticket redemption, and currency reconciliation.




- Ensure all balancing procedures, variances, and discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and required gaming documentation.
- Coordinate with Slot Operations, Finance, Security, Surveillance, and Compliance departments as required.
- Ensure all cage equipment, counting systems, and operational tools are functioning properly.

Team Leadership &
- Development

- Lead, mentor, and support Slot Cage staff and Count Room team members.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable in Grey Eagle Resort and Casino internal controls, audit compliance, AML procedures, responsible gaming, and customer service standards.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership coverage in the absence of management.

Compliance &
- Security

- Ensure strict adherence to AGLC gaming regulations, internal controls, AML requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor all cash handling and count room activities to safeguard company assets.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding financial and gaming information.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, procedural irregularities, or security concerns.
- Ensure count room access controls and security procedures are consistently followed.
