We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated developer for our GenAI Workflows team – someone with a proven track record of delivering robust ML-based solutions in quick‑paced, innovative production environments.

As Senior Software

Engineer within GenAI Workflows, you will collaborate closely with GenAI‑powered VFX stakeholders to understand user needs and use your deep understanding of ML processes to create workflows and tools built on novel Netflix and Eyeline infrastructure. Develop software that drives our ML workflows across VFXproduction groups Support team leads and project managers by contributing to project roadmaps to ensure timely and successful delivery of complex projects Develop and drive quality assurance practices to ensure that features are validated in production Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery Collaborate with other developers across software and core engineering teams to support our “one team” principle – delivering consistency and cross‑functional alignment through shared roadmaps and priorities Inform infrastructure requirements and investments to support these new technologies at scale in production Minimum ten (10)



years Python software development experience Experience designing dynamic and artist‑friendly UI/UX Experience developing tools for VFX, animation, and/or real‑time production environments Understanding of the lifecycle of ML models, from data curation and pre‑processing, to training and inference 165,000 - $200,000 CAD a year These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
