You'll provide crucial oversight during complex operations, coaching HSE staff and operational leaders while reinforcing a strong safety culture. Your hands-on approach will enhance the quality and effectiveness of incident management processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical guidance on health and safety issues
- Ensure effective incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coach HSE personnel to improve operational safety
