Fuel Transport is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment activities in support of the company’s continued growth across operational and corporate functions. This senior, hands‑on role combines recruitment delivery, process optimization, and people leadership. Lead full‑cycle recruitment across operations, transportation, warehousing, sales, and corporate roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high‑volume and specialized positions Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support efficiency and scale Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and effective reporting Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Track and report on recruitment metrics to support data‑driven decision making Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the organization’s visibility and strengthen the employer brand within recruitment strategies Develop and propose innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each mandate and to market realities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Industrial Relations, or any other related discipline ~8‑10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring senior‑level recruiters ~ Experience recruiting within logistics, transportation, supply chain, industrial, or similarly operational environments preferred ~ Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools ~ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across functions and locations ~ Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred ~ CRHA (solid asset) ~ Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal; knowledge of another language is required because the incumbent will interact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues throughout North America.

For administrative positions permanently located in Quebec, knowledge of French is also required.
