Maintain the product backlog with accurate, up-to-date documentation of business and technical requirements Collaborate with development teams to ensure feature design and functionality is thoroughly understood Collate and synthesize data gathered from end users and product analytics to inform product strategy UX & Design Collaboration Engage with UX Design to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes Continuous Improvement & Enablement Consistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications from business and technical perspectives to meet evolving needs in a changing business climate Help develop training strategies and materials for users where necessary 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a technology-focused project role ~ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or formal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
