About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and implement robust telecommunications network solutions, including voice, data, and video services.

- Lead the technical evaluation, selection, and integration of new network technologies and equipment.

- Perform in-depth analysis of network performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing enhancement strategies.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues.

- Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.





- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational stability.

Requirements

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network design, engineering, and operations.

- Expertise in IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and Ethernet technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of current telecommunications standards and emerging technologies.

- Experience with network simulation and modeling tools.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
