Saatchi and Saatchi is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (14-month contract) to join our growing digital team. Are you a strategic, detail-oriented UI/UX designer with a passion for crafting intuitive, scalable digital experiences? In this role, you’ll take on a senior-level design position, leading UI/UX execution across enterprise-level web experiences. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, elevate design quality, and ensure all work is grounded in strong user experience principles, technical feasibility, and scalable systems thinking. Lead the design and execution of UI/UX solutions across a range of projects, from net-current experiences to complex enhancements within established ecosystems Own UI/UX decision-making, including layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior across devices Contribute to and help evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-first experiences that drive engagement and performance Provide constructive,



detailed feedback during internal design reviews and mentor junior team members to elevate overall craft Apply strong understanding of responsive design and grid systems to ensure consistency across breakpoints and devices Integrate emerging AI-driven design tools and workflows to improve efficiency and enhance output Maintain high standards for design quality, accessibility, and usability across all deliverables 4+ years of skilled experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience design Advanced proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles Experience working with (or alongside) CMS platforms such as AEM, and component-based design approaches Strong understanding of web production and development constraints, with the ability to design for real-world implementation Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to clients and internal teams Experience collaborating within cross-functional agile teams Passion for staying current with emerging tools, trends, and technologies, including AI in design Experience working in an agile project management environment Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML and CSS) Experience with the automotive sector a big plus Accommodations are available, upon request, for all stages of the interview and employment process for those with a disability or medical need during any stage of the recruitment process.
