Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently Field customer inquiries to the Service Department Work with Service Technicians to ensure explicit and accurate communication to customers Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
