Courteously greet customers in Sales, Service, and Delivery, exemplifying VinFast’s customer-first philosophy Support Service Department in performing daily tasks Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations Support Parts Team with daily tasks such as, but not limited to, receiving parts, stocking shelves,



and parts delivery Increase general productivity of the service center by supporting Advisors, Technicians, Parts Stage vehicles as needed Other administrative and support functions as needed Provide customer convenience via vehicle pick up and delivery services High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience A passion for customer service, and for the Electric Vehicle industry Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to learn other systems as required Creative problem solver; not afraid to think outside the box, always with customer experience in-mind Salary range for this position is from CAD $60,000 - $65,000 .
