Assign/schedule all service department jobs for technicians based on their skills/knowledge Motivate, inspire, and assist new and existing employees in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, training,



and development Ensure effective communication and follow up with customers and employees Identify opportunities for process improvement and training opportunities Provide backup support for Service Business Manager in their absence and during peak seasons Direct/assist employees in diagnosis/troubleshooting of machine problems Provide exceptional customer service consistently above standards Assist service support staff in quoting repairs and maintaining accurate records 5+ years performing complex service repairs/maintenance ~ Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays ~ Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of ag/turf equipment ~ Ability to use current business systems, working knowledge of computer functions and use Whether you’re new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
