- Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic
- Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring
- Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training
- Lift, position, and install door components as required

Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices
- Minimum age of 21
- Must successfully obtain AAADM certification within twelve (12) months of employment and maintain certification as required
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring
- Access control systems knowledge is a plus
- Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively
- Ability to occasionally lift, position, and install door components weighing up to 110 pounds with lifting aids,



with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, drive, and work in various positions as required
