Service Video Advisor – Acura of Moncton

Steele Auto Group’s Acura of Moncton is looking for a Service Video Advisor who will create and present video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. The role involves communicating repair recommendations, educating clients on their vehicle’s condition, and building trust through clear, transparent communication.

Responsibilities

- Exact video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technician's vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Maintaining cleanliness of the service department
- Providing service department support when and where required
- Organizing internal estimates of pre‑owned vehicles
- Organizing new and used vehicle deliveries
- Creating internal work orders for new vehicle stock
- Collaborating with customer‑facing service advisors

Requirements

- Comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Prompt, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
