ServiceNow Sr. ITAM (SAM/HAM) developer JD.
Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow (ITAM – SAM and HAM PRO).
- Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow from an end-user/administrator perspective.
- Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB/Self-service corporate tools.
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Participate in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as troubleshooting.
- Very valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation and proof of concept.
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and turn those requirements into successful implementations.
