- Foundation Data : CMDB, groups, users, roles & taxonomy aligned for segregation
- Portal & Access : Unified branded portal with show/hide logic company attribute
- Catalog & Request Mgmt : show/hide rules, form visibility by company attribute
- ITSM : Incident, Problem, change, Request, knowledge, hardware asset management, Service Portfolio Management, Service Design Factory
- Reporting : Dashboard & data level access control by company attribute
- Integrations : Connectivity verification for Jira, Genesys/IVR, Bigpanda, oracle, PlanView
