As the SHEQ Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Health & Safety culture, driving quality standards, and influencing best practice across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop SHEQ processes across the business
- Conduct audits, implement procedures, and ensure compliance
- Support site teams with safety guidance and quality improvements
- Influence and enhance company-wide SHEQ strategy
Requirements
- NEBOSH qualified
- Strong experience in audits, procedures, and compliance
- Understanding of civils environments, traffic management, and cable routing
