- Complete all maintenance activities to ensure machine availability
- Conduct scheduled services on production machinery
- Perform breakdown maintenance, identifying and repairing issues
- Ensure equipment meets quality standards in production
- Implement process improvements for product quality

Requirements:

- Experience in Production or Engineering/Maintenance supervision
- Background in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of CMMS like Asset Guardian
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical trade qualifications and forklift licenses are desirable
