The Shop

Foreman reports to both the Branch and Area Managers, responsible for daily preventative and post-incident repairs of various vehicles. Your leadership in supervising skilled trade professionals will ensure that safety protocols and maintenance standards are strictly followed, helping to build a productive work workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of mechanics and apprentices
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Schedule and co-ordinate all repair activities
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are met
- Resolve work-related issues and improve methods

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in a shop setting
- 3 years leading a mechanical team
- Active 310T license required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Practical knowledge of safety provisions
