About the Project The Connect 6ix project is a consortium-led contract responsible for delivering the Rolling Stock, Systems, Operations and Maintenance (RSSOM) package for the Ontario Line — a new 15.6 km rapid transit subway running across Toronto. This includes the trains, signaling, communications systems, and the operations and maintenance facility. We are hiring a Site Office Coordinator to join our Construction team on the RSSOM.
Oversee all site office administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. Track and coordinate washroom services, including water supply monitoring, cleaning schedules, and water truck deliveries. Ensure site power needs are communicated and maintained.
Request and manage coffee supply, office consumables, and stationery as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and deliveries to the site office. Assist with system updates and related site logistics.
Support scheduling of meetings, site orientations, and safety briefings. Monitor and report on supply inventory and coordinate timely replenishments. Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and aligned with site safety protocols.
Prepare and distribute communications as directed by the site leadership. Minimum 3 years of administrative or office coordination experience;
experience in construction or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced site workplace. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
