Role Description

We are currently hiring a full-time Site Supervisor / Security Supervisor for a high-end condominium site in Downtown Toronto.

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, supervise security guards, maintain site standards, support incident response, and ensure all post orders, policies, and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support on-site security personnel
- Monitor CCTV, access control, patrols, and visitor activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, water leaks, and resident concerns
- Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and site documentation
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Support scheduling, training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Communicate professionally with residents, property management, clients, and internal management
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and company standards

Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of Site Supervisor experience in condominium or residential security
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong incident reporting and documentation skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service focused
- Comfortable working in a high-end residential environment
- Versatile availability based on site requirements
