Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, for an SMT Process and Equipment Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting surface-mount technology (SMT) equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal operation of world class machinery.



The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SMT Equipment operations
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently
- Experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly workplace is preferred
- Technical diploma or relevant certification in electronics or equipment maintenance and bilingual language are big plus.
