Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- 5+ years Data Modeling and Database Design experience.
- 3+ years Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
- Robust knowledge of insurance business processes and enterprise data structures.

Responsibilities:

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains.
- Develop dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
- Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries.
- Support database optimization, data quality, governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

Nice to Have:

- Azure Data Services knowledge.




- Data Warehousing/Data Lake experience, and familiarity with MDM and Data Governance frameworks.

Skills:

- Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling.
- ER Modeling and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake).
- Snowflake, Database Design, Normalization, Denormalization.
- Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality.
- ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, Visio.
