About the Role

Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to youth development and community support in Kimberley , is seeking an energetic and empathetic Social Program Facilitator . This role is essential for guiding and supporting participants through various programs designed to enhance skills, promote well-being, and foster personal growth. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging workshops and activities for program participants.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to individuals participating in programs.
- Assess participant needs and tailor program delivery accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure holistic participant support.

Requirements

- Experience in youth work, social facilitation, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, particularly young people.

- Understanding of social issues affecting youth and communities.
