We are seeking a Software Developer - Mobile Apps (Flutter) to contribute to the development of our globe-spanning port management information system.

This role offers the prospect to work with a talented team, drive mobile innovation, and make a significant impact in the maritime industry through high-performance, cross-platform mobile solutions. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, BC, at 570 Granville Sreet. General start time is 8:00 AM-8:30 AM, 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, and Thursday is remote.

Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate mobile apps with microservices and RESTful APIs. Participate in architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile solutions.

Contribute to SCRUM processes and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver agile solutions for maritime challenges. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Flutter and Dart.





Proven experience in developing and publishing mobile apps on both Android and iOS platforms. Proficient with Git for version control. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with CI/CD for mobile app deployments and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Driver, integration_test). Exposure to maritime, port operations, or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with containerization and deployment workflows is beneficial.

For applicants that reside in BC, the annual salary wage range is $80,000 CAD - $100,000 CAD. The starting salary will reflect the candidate's relevant education, skillset, experience, and internal equity.
