Solution Architect – Cloud & Distributed Systems

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions that support evolving business needs. You will develop deep knowledge of operational workflows, document management technologies, cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, messaging, and emerging agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with product owners, delivery teams, business partners, and technology leaders to shape technical roadmaps and deliver solutions that meet rigorous safety, security, and performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have Good years of experience in architecture or strong technical leadership experience transitioning into an architecture role, with demonstrated expertise in designing distributed systems, APIs, cloud solutions, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with agentic AI, LLM deployment, enterprise AI governance, workflow/document management, or financial services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
- Partner with delivery teams to define and evolve technical roadmaps.
- Analyze solution options and recommend approaches that meet business, security, and performance requirements.




- Work closely with product owners and business partners to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present architecture and solution designs to business stakeholders and governance forums.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including agentic AI solutions, and support their safe adoption.
- Consider traditional security practices as well as emerging technology and AI-related threats.

Required Skills & Experience

- Good years of experience as a Solution/Technical Architect, or strong technical leadership experience transitioning into architecture.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems, APIs, cloud solutions, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of messaging systems and integration patterns.
- Solid cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, or OCP.
- Strong understanding of Application Architecture, Enterprise IT Architecture, SOA, Data Architecture, and Target Architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technology teams.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing business strategies.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance.
- Experience with workflow and document management technologies.
- Experience within financial services or another complex, highly regulated enterprise environment.
