Must Haves

- Demonstrated experience as a technical design specialist expertly coordinating the design, develop and enhancement of complex large scale, high profile, high-risk technology solutions
- Experience utilizing cloud-based technologies including containerization, orchestration and microservices
- Working knowledge of standards for health care data exchange, in particular Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
- Experience in one or more languages: JavaScript ES6+, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Angular 9+, Angular Material, TypeScript, Node.JS, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience working with security architects and privacy SMEs to ensure the application design and physical deployment meet the required level of security and adhere to data privacy standards

- Proven ability to lead development teams to work on the definition and design of application software, hardware and network requirements
- Experience overseeing the development of agreed-to solutions and implementation of those solutions, including designing, testing,



installation and monitoring of the new systems
- Experience with automated build processes in the development environment through CI/CD
- Experience with Agile software development process and VSTS/Azure DevOPS
- Provide technical leadership skills with an ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and recommend performance improvement solution
- Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts to translate the business requirements and functional specifications into an application design appropriate to meet the business and operational/IT needs
- Knowledge of best practices in design, build, development and deployment and their application to meet functional and non-functional requirements, adhering to GO-ITS standards and internal branch standards
- Experience working with architects providing consistent object, data model, interface and application models
- Experience producing low-level design/development artefacts that show sufficient detail to allow developers to code and test
- Experience working with infrastructure, operational, deployment and technical teams to define the physical deployment of the application
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the architecture team to create required architectural artifacts
- Working knowledge and experience with the MS Office suite, Visio and SharePoint.
