Your role helps deliver a structured, seamless, and professional experience, while building a relationship of trust from the very beginning. Coordinate next steps with internal teams (training, billing, support).



Communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English.

Are comfortable using technology and web‑based platforms. Have relevant experience in customer service, onboarding, or coordination.
