Leading day‑to‑day culinary operations during service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen Ensuring consistency, freshness, quality control, and food safety at all times Supporting labour, food cost, sales, and profit targets Coaching, mentoring, and developing kitchen team members and future leaders Assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling across multiple kitchen positions Creating a positive, high‑performance culture built on accountability, teamwork,
