Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based at The Clayfield in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. Spa team members welcome guests, manage bookings, and ensure a calm, professional atmosphere throughout the spa. Daily responsibilities include performing spa treatments such as facials and skin care services, assisting with product recommendations, and supporting retail sales.

Team members maintain treatment rooms and common areas to high cleanliness and safety standards, follow brand and spa protocols, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent,



inclusive guest experiences. The role also involves handling questions or concerns, promoting wellness offerings, and contributing to a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide welcoming, inclusive, and attentive guest care.
- Cosmetology training or certification and practical experience in spa or salon environments.
- Proficiency in facials and skin care treatments, including product knowledge and proper techniques.
- Sales skills for recommending services and retail products aligned with guest needs and spa standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hospitality operations.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and confidentiality in all guest interactions and treatment procedures.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings is an asset.
