- Structure, process, and validate ESG platform data
- Map ESG questionnaires and regulatory frameworks
- Ensure platform content accuracy through quality checks
- Act as a liaison for operational issues and queries
- Document and escalate configuration challenges for resolution

Requirements:

- 2–3 years working with SaaS products
- Capability to effectively resolve product challenges
- Comfort with structured data principles
- Excellent communication skills across stakeholders
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks is desirable
