As a CBRE Admin Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a top performing group of sales professionals. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
Manage deal documentation and oversee the tracking of occupier and listing transactions, including but not limited to: listing agreements; assist with offer writing process; Prepare client correspondence, including market reports and stats, peer group surveys, comparable transaction data; Prepare proposals, presentations, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other communication materials for customized, client-specific property information packages Collect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results. Develop and execute marketing materials on InDesign and/or Powerpoint for property listings such as brochures, email campaigns (through MailChimp), websites, and eye-catching social media posts. Maintain marketing schedules for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
Review marketing templates and approve creative. Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace. Assist with the plan of action of marketing particular properties.
Source properties and clients by researching local and national databases. Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Carry-out special projects as requested and be a trusted support for the broker.
High School
Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
