This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and user experience, requiring deep collaboration with technology, data partnerships, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and go-to-market teams. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Reporting to the VP, Credit Risk Product Management, the Senior Advisor, Product Management will be responsible to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Income and Employment Verification (VOIE) products in Canada.

Define the multi‑year product vision and success metrics for VOIE, aligned to business outcomes. Build and manage a prioritized roadmap that balances customer value, regulatory constraints, data supply, and technical feasibility. Drive structured discovery with customers, developers, and partners to identify verification pain points.

Establish and validate hypotheses via experiments, Voice of Customer, usability tests, and A/B tests; Partner with technology and operations to source, normalize, and enrich payroll and HCM data; define data quality thresholds and SLAs. Implement monitoring and analytics to track key metrics such as coverage, match rates, pass rates, fallbacks, and compliance requirements.

Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success with compelling value propositions, collateral, and pilot programs. Define launch criteria, readiness plans, and rollout strategies across use cases and customer segments. manage scope and prioritization for predictable delivery. Support cross‑functional teams through agile processes; Measure performance against KPIs; drive continuous improvement through data‑driven iteration.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.



~7-10+ years of Product Management experience in VOIE (Verification of Income & Employment), credit reporting, financial services, building data, and/or compliance-heavy product. ~ Demonstrated experience shipping products that handle sensitive data with strong privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. ~ Fluency in experimentation, analytics, and metric design (conversion funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing). ~ Deep experience operating within agile product methodologies and structured product development life cycles (PDLC). ~ Strong technical acumen: APIs, data pipelines, identity resolution, monitoring/observability, and platform reliability. ~ Passion for utilizing data to solve critical business issues. ~ Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, energetic environment. ~ Curious and customer focused. ~ At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
