The Financial

Analyst will report into the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis "(FP&A;)" and work within a dynamic ~6+ Infrastructure FP&A; team. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end financial forecasting, valuations, planning and budgeting processes, variance analysis, investor return analysis, and internal dashboards. This role will have the prospect to interact closely with the Asset Management and Financial Reporting teams.

Ownership of the projects' financial and compliance requirements and acting as the finance first point of contact for the Value Creation & Asset Management, Fund Reporting and Financial Reporting teams. Working with the Value Creation & Asset Management team to manage the operational financial models for the projects and related analysis, including preparing valuations for the projects. Maintenance of monthly performance reporting including analysis and commentary on KPI's to provide insight into budget variances and market trends.

Continuous automation and process improvement to enable more efficient and accurate workflows, and to reduce risk of error. Maintain and enhance financial models to project key performance metrics such as cash flow, margin returns, operating returns, IRR, MOIC, NPV, etc. Assist with ad-hoc investor requests, project analysis, and portfolio-level analysis as required.





Undergraduate degree completed in business, accounting or finance is required. ~ Further education and/or working towards finance/accounting designations (i.e., enrollment in CPA, CFA, or CBV program. ~ Self-study in modelling or excel courses and/or certifications considered an asset. ~ Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills. ~1+ years of FP&A;, corporate finance, or valuations experience (including via internships) is an asset, but not required. ~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines as a part of a team. ~ Focusing on Performance - Being accountable and driving results.
