Reporting to the Talent acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques,



and candidate assessments.

Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates. You have 3–5 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle. You have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
