As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to: Execute the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta's Hiring Framework. Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and niche platforms. Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.

Drive candidate equity and fairness in line with Vendasta's inclusive hiring principles. Conduct due diligence including references, background checks,



and legal compliance checks.

Represent

Vendasta at career fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities. Stay informed on SaaS industry hiring trends, labor law updates, and recruitment best practices. Degree or diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) ~5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience ~ Familiarity with SaaS industry roles (especially technical positions) is an asset Accelerate your qualified trajectory through rigorous learning tracks, continuous operational development, and exposure to cutting-edge AI methodologies designed to push the boundaries of the B2B SaaS industry.
