An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to our Manager, Talent Acquisition.
The successful candidate can work from a combination of home and office, based in Vancouver. Draft and negotiate offers.
Foster the partnership between Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and the respective HR business partners. Have a pulse on candidates as they move through the pipeline, while providing them with the high-touch candidate experience. Leverage your communication skills through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media channels.
This role will forge relationships and attend recruiting fairs at educational institutions. Degree in Marketing or HR is preferred, but other post-secondary degrees and diplomas will be considered. ~5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience. ~ Experience in relationship building roles. ~ An interest in social media content creation. ~ It’s important that you have a knack for building rapport, quickly.
